• Services are offered via video call and by appointments only.
• I provide therapy internationally to clients in certain regions, when it is clinically appropriate and feasible for both of us.
• I work with adult individuals. I do not provide Family therapy or couples counseling.
• One regular therapy hour is 55 minutes.
• A 15 minute initial video consultation call is offered free of charge.
• I ask you to attend weekly, especially in the beginning phase of therapy. This is important for you to benefit the most from your investment. Alternative arrangements may be discussed depending on the circumstances. 
• ​Your investment in long-lasting transformation is $150 per session. I am in-network with these commercial insurances. Please check your benefits and eligibility before reaching out.
• Payment Methods: Credit cards.
• Fee is due at each time of service. Details will be discussed during the initial consultation.
